By just following this link, you can purchase your fishing licenses for any of the 50 states you want to fish in. Most state fishing licenses now end one year after they’re purchased (for example, if you purchase a license on April 10th, 2019, in most states (not including Connecticut) that license will expire on April 9th, 2020.)
Remember to check a state’s licensing policy before purchasing – obviously, you wouldn’t want to purchase an annual license in a state like CT on the 25th of December, only to have it expire on the 31st.
